The sad little strip mall on 700 East is being remodeled. Now who amongst you are willing to place a bet on the high probability that they slap some stucco on there and paint it creamy beige like the gateway?

...i am willing to put $20 down on a draperization stucco-job. maybe they'll use some cultured stone, too!
and that would be unfortunate. the building actually is a good example of 70s international style capable of character development if some design sense and a little TLC for the site were employed (ie parking lot landscaping, signage, etc).

i know right? ...the building is actually kind of cool 70's. i hope they keep the awnings.
