Disco Drippers 20th Anniversary Halloween at State Room

These tounge-in-cheek posters the Disco Drippers are leaking for their 20th Anniversary Halloween show are adorable are they not? I plan on attending this because, 1) The Drippers have supported me over the years and they deserve some two-way action, and  2) They are awesome and it's certain to be a solid, age-appropriate party at a really great venue. So... for your information: Tickets are half price starting at 12 noon today (Tues 30th). Who's with me?

Flashback to Halloween 1992 (or is it 1972) Salt Lake City's own Disco Drippers took the stage for the first time, burning down the house with their rousing renditions of club favorites like "Dancing Queen", "Brickhouse", "Rapper's Delight", and "I Will Survive". 20 years later the 10-piece band is uniting once again to bring you their unique brand of rock-n-funk-n-disco-punk to shake the foundation of the State Room. To commemorate this special occasion, the ban

d is also bringing together members of the group that span their illustrious if not notorious career.

It's a "Disco" party at the State Room this Halloween! Come celebrate 20 years with the "Drippers" and shake your groove thing all night long. A guaranteed shake your rump event not to be missed!
