SLC Existence: 02 - Urban Bistro

The Urban Bistro has been open for nearly 10 years now and has since become one of the most reliably chic places to eat in downtown Salt Lake. It doesn't hurt that Chef Ricc Esparza is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Ricc always makes you feel welcome for lunch on the weekdays or dinner service, Thursday through Saturday, regardless of how busy it is.

The location is excellent and the service reliable, yet the Bistro menu is what keeps his loyal following coming back. Ricc always has eclectic specials and delectable salads on the board ranging from Mexican to Spanish and Mediterranean. Everything is always done to perfection. Uncomplicated dishes with just the right amount of quality ingredients. What more could you ask for?
