Raybender

I saw an ad over the weekend in Ready Made magazine for this neat-o sky light type invention called Solatube. According to the company's website, it's the most technologically advanced daylighting product on the market, providing pure natural light to residential or commercial spaces where daylighting isn't possible. The Solatube's patented "Raybender" dome lens captures and redirects sunlight through it's "Spectralight Infinity" reflective tube at appropriate intensity levels throughout the day and to provide light evenly to any room.
