Kolaches are a traditional Czech pastry, popular in the immigrant communities in Oklahoma and Texas. They also happen to be the best drunkards on-the-go breakfast you'll find in the 9th South and 3rd West area of SLC. Johnny Kolache's has a line out the door ever since they opened last Fall with their egg, sausage, cheese and jalapeño variations.
