Outdoor festivals, patio's and desert lake beds are my immediate future. Looks like I'm going rogue with the Burning Man crew this weekend to play at Element 11 - the official Utah Burn event out near the actual Salt Lake in the middle of nowhere. I'll be playing the main stage on Friday morning (6am sunrise) and then on Saturday morning at 1am in "The Dome". I'm quite looking forward to a fun adventure with my burner friends and hope to meet either Tina Turner or my power animal at some point, which ever comes first.

On the dirty, funky heels of that whirlwind experience I'll be returning in time to host a more civilized get together on the patio at The Garage this Sunday called GROOVE GARDEN. It's the first in a series of outdoor events with Boogie Basics Recordings and a slew of DJ Friends to bring a no nonsense block party vibe to patios and open spaces around the city. We'll have our combined sound systems and it's going to be thumpin'. I hope you'll come out and help us make the party happen anytime between 12-6pm.

Looking forward to August thre's another 80's Ladies party at the W. Lounge on the 11th and I'll be racing up to the mountains for an outdoor festival called UNCLE UNCANNY'S in Deer Park on the 12th. Expect a great line-up including headliners Breakestra (LA), RAS MG and MoPo from San Francisco with myself controlling the minds of anyone who dares enter the 'Silent Disco' around 11pm (my set).
