Salt Lake Get's Hungry For Food Trucks

Two new food trucks roll off the assembly line this week in SLC. A "Waki Paki" named Mo Burki shares the flavors of his native home (Pakistan) while the Lewis Brothers, Charlie and Oliver Lewis put their spin on a revolving showcase of world cuisine, much of it vegan or vegitarian. WAKI PAKI: Coriander. Cumin. Chili. Ginger. Mo Burki grew up with the intense and fragrant flavors of his family's native home in Pakistan and spent years hovering over his mother Anise in the kitchen. Influenced by her cooking, Mo, formerly a mechanical engineer, is now bringing a fusion of the food he grew up with and the famous "street food" of Pakistan to Salt Lake City, in a truck he custom built.
