What Have We Here?

Something fizzy is opening up on Main Street soon, just a few doors down from the incredible Eva. The brightly advertised CO2 Cafe's website says they're bringing a fresh-made soda bar with food that's an "International and contemporary twists on classic American favorites". Several stops and starts in the construction phase of this building has had us downtowners wondering what the hell this place was going to be or if it would ever be finished. A McDonald's thank god it's not. While the concept sounds a little funky (soda=utah), I do hope it works. It's always good to have another place to nosh around here that isn't purely sandwich based.
