A "little piece of Paris" (for real) on Main Street

The Saints of Latter Days often claim that their block of Main street is just "a little piece of Paris" right here in down town Salt Lake. Well, that may soon be more truthier when Chef Charlie Perry of Eva opens his Boulangerie style bakery about a block South of Temple Square. Can't wait to get fat on pastries over here.
