Pallet Celebrates 1st Anniversary

Utah Style & Design award winning restaurant Pallet invited me to help celebrate their 1 year anniversary this past Saturday. The Cody Derrick designed bistro is finding it's groove (literally) and if you haven't been lately, you should return to let bartender Matt Pfohl make you a drink.
