My Wedding Experience

As for my own experience? Months of planning leading up to two very concise nights of production, and one 'actual wedding' in hot July definitely left me a bit woozy. I think I'm still recovering to tell you the truth. But honestly it was all very rewarding. At times during my opening/closing sets in the 'DJ balcony' and the actual performances I very much felt a potent brew of emotions that boiled over with wonder, amazement, joy, profoundity, beauty, admiration, brilliance, angst, terror and elation. Mostly a feeling of joy, love and deep respect for Charlotte and Nathan, having asked us to take part in this very personal project and journey with NOW.
The dancers! So incredible to see them in the choreography and movement to a score that I was lucky enough to help supervise and create. If our collaborators, dancers and audiences came away with anything close to this, I think we're in good shape for what's next.
